Sydney Dachshund Festival 2026 is part of the Sydney Family Easter Show and is an absolute delight for sausage dog lovers across the city, bringing together hundreds of wiener dogs and their humans for a day of fun, costumes, races and community spirit. The event buzzes with stalls offering treats, toys, clothing and lots of accessories — while photo booths, competitions and agility courses keep the pups and you entertained. There’ll also be lots of dachshund derby races and competitions — Best Dressed and Cutest Puppy categories are on the bill, so bring your long-bodied pals and their finest outfits!
