What size scrunchie is best for me?

Mini Scrunchies:

Mini Scrunchies are XX inches (XXcm) wide, XX inches (XXcm) thick & have a diameter of XXcm. Thin elastic wraps around the hair 2-3 times depending on thickness of the hair.

These scrunchies are reccommended for toddlers.

Small Scrunchies:

Small Scrunchies are XX inches (XXcm) wide, XX inches (XXcm) thick & have a diameter of XXcm. Thin elastic wraps around the hair 2-3 times depending on thickness of the hair.

These scrunchies are reccommended for young children up to 7 years of age.

Medium Scrunchies:

Medium Scrunchies are 3 inches (7.6cm) wide, 1.5 inches (3.8cm) thick & have a diameter of 14cm. Thin elastic wraps around the hair 2-3 times depending on thickness of the hair.

These scrunchies are reccommended for kids, teenagers & adults.

Large Scrunchies:

Large Scrunchies are XX inches (XXcm) wide, XX inches (XXcm) thick & have a diameter of XXcm. Thin elastic wraps around the hair 2-3 times depending on thickness of the hair.

XL Scrunchies:

XL Scrunchies are massive, measuring approx 6 inches (15cm) wide by 2 inches (5cm) thick. Wide elastic wraps around the hair twice.

My Thick elastic is 2cm wide and used in all XL Scrunchies (and in large scrunchies upon request) Thick elastic is reccommended for normal to thick hair.

These scrunchies are reccommended for teenagers & adults.

When will my Custom pet tag order arrive?

This will be made within 1-2 weeks depending on current orders. This is based on a first in, first made process. The pet tag will then be shipped using Australia Post Letter shipping which can take 5-7 business days (Monday- Friday).

Do you offer Pickup?

Yes we offer free pickup from either Hill Top NSW 2575 or Goulburn NSW 2580, This is an option at checkout when placing your order, You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready to collect, This email will specify times & dates where pickup is available.

Do you offer wholesale?

No, at this stage we do not accept wholesale orders.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

As each item is handmade sometimes these things happen, although we ensure to do thorough quality checks at all stages of our handmade process. In the event that your item is damaged or faulty please contact us via our contact page here.

Can I return my order?

Strawberry Design Co does not accept returns, in the event your item is Damaged or Faulty please contact us here.

I haven’t received my email order confirmation?

Please check your junk or spam inboxes, sometimes our order confirmations can be found in there, if you still have not found this please contact us here.

How can I track my order?

All of our orders are posted with Australia Post, All parcels will receive a tracking number along with confirmation email, Orders placed with Untracked Envelope Postage will not have a tracking number.

My Order hasn’t arrived yet?

All of our items are shipped with Australia Post & sometimes there can be delays, Please allow up to 10 business days from when you received your shipping confirmation order email. After 10 days please contact us here and we will do our best to solve this issue for you.

Are all of your items handmade?

Mostly Yes!, I handmake all the Scrunchies, Wristlets, Hair Bows, Phone Charms, Heat Packs, Custom Resin Dog Tags & some Pet Necklaces from scratch. But I do outsource some things such as Hair Claws, Earrings, Enamel Pins, Keyring parts (then I combine them together to make the item), Hand Creams & Lipgloss Tubes (then I combine the charms, tube & Keyrings together to make the finished item), Face Wash Headbands, Dog Sunglasses, Dog Crocs, Some Dog Hats (and then I decorate other blank straw hats myself) Some Dog Necklaces, Dog Bow Ties, Dog Crowns, Dog Bandannas & Plush Toy Dogs. I do this as I don't have the space, knowledge or money to run large machinery items that create things like hair claws etc.
